![]() ![]() ![]() Went to redeem this, and since my ID had my full legal first name, but my card had my abbreviated first name, the cashier literally threw my cards back and said she couldn’t approve the transaction (that was already APPROVED by the casino’s ATM) because the name was different. I was trying to get a cash advance from my card which was approved by the casinos ATM. If you ask a question you are met with an impatient attitude. The only staff that were kind were the waitress and the gal cleaning. I’ve not been to a TON of casinos but enough to know that usually they treat customers well because they want you to stay and spend your money! Not here. ![]() Just not the party vibe and welcoming atmosphere I get in Las Vegas. Needless to say, that was the end of my visit. They were mostly booked at their main restaurant so I asked about a lower-end one they had. After a grand I went to VIP and asked about free dinner. I was prepared to blow about two grand, but I wanted free dinner if I was going to do that (I was not staying at Harrah's). I am sure my tipping had something to do with that. The dealers were very nice as were the cocktail servers (both men and women serve drinks). They made a big deal about it too (positively of course). Surprising to see many gamblers not tip the server. Drink service at the machines was non-existent. The vibe was not the party vibe I get in Vegas. Masks required, separation, temperature checks, etc. ![]()
