![]() ![]() We did not have more than 20 people! We were flexible with the time! We are law-abiding senior citizens with means to pay for our meals! We tip! Mary said that she would have the banquet manager call me back for a full explanation of why we could not be accommodated. Her explanation was that they could not accommodate more than 20 people. Mary then advised me that after conferring with her Banquet Manager that they would not be able to accommodate our group. After we were seated - we went to the salad bar - just ok, not much of a salad bar, just a few toppings. Cost is 20 for Prime Rib, salad bar, potato bar, and dessert bar - not a bad deal. ![]() Nice view of the Colorado from the restaurant on the 2nd floor. I called Mary back on Wednesday evening for confirmation. Visited the Prime Rib Room at the Riverside for the first time today. She nor her banquet manager called me back on Tuesday. Mary stated that she would confer with her banquet manager to approve things and then she would call me later that day to confirm. She explained the price would be $21.95 ++ per person and what would be included. She said that we would be seated in a certain area of the restaurant at several tables in close proximity to each other. Simply dinner! I spoke to the restaurant manager Mary and explained what we needed. On Tuesday I placed a call to the restaurant to make arrangements for Saturday dinner with a group of friends roughly 20 retired military veterans and their wives. ![]()
